I was lucky enough to purchase a new car from Doncaster Volvo. From my very first visit to picking up my new vehicle I found the team very friendly and willing to help. The showroom was immaculate with a good selection of vehicles to view. A big shout out to Oliver who was very thorough in showing me the features of the vehicles and spending the time showing me all the gadgets and tech on my new car. I thought the big red bow on my new car at pickup was a nice touch. I would also like to thank David for helping with insurance and providing options on payment for the vehicle. The most enjoyable, informative and comprehensive experience in buying a car ever and the only time I've bought a car with a big red bow on the bonnet. Sales Executive Oliver Smith was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the car's features clearly and well. Business Manager David Smith organised a better price on the insurance than I could achieve. To top it off, the car (XC40 Recharge Twin) is a delight.

Firstly, I'd like to commend Volvo Doncaster for having a staff like Ling as her ability to communicate with me in English and also my native language which made a world of difference, especially when dealing with technical issues. Ling went above and beyond to ensure I could easily express my concerns and worries. I believe she truly an valuable asset to the team. Their service team of Ling and the workshop manager Phil, have been incredibly helpful. When I had an emergency safety concern with my car, they prioritized my needs and worked diligently to arrange a checkup as soon as possible. It's evident that they genuinely care about each customer's safety and requirements. I was also impressed with their impeccable time management. Knowing that I had an important appointment in the afternoon, Phil and Ling ensured that the necessary work on my car was completed on time, allowing me to meet my commitments without any hassle. I have decided to continue sending my car there for all my future needs and I highly recommend this team as they showed me they cares about customers.

Very pleased with the service and overall experience of buying my first Volvo. Andrew was very knowledgeable and patiently went through the difference between all SUV models. Also, David did a fantastic job assisting us with the finance side of the transaction. Picked up my XC60 from Volvo Doncaster this week. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience and was very impressed with our sales consultant Andy Huang who did an exceptional job in ensuring we enjoyed the process of buying our new car.
